The SteadFast Controller The SteadFast Controller is a microprocessor controlled user interface for door automation solutions. The Controller is the brains of the systems and connects the door opener, door lock, and all of the required triggering devices, such as:
The Controller has been designed to work with the Winkhaus AV2-E electronic multipoint lock but will also work with a standard rim lock release. The Controller provides signals for both door open and door close commands and will work with most door openers on the market.It was originally designed to work in conjunction with Ditec Sprint and WelE openers. These two features have never been available in any domestic door automation system before SteadFast. The SteadFast Controller will operate from any DC power source 12-30V. When used with the AV2-E lock the PSU must be 12V DC at 2A. All devices; Opener, Lock, Triggers and Intercom are isolated from one another to allow equipment using different voltages and supplies to be interfaced together, greatly enhancing the usefulness of the SteadFast Controller. |

| If the threshold of your door is making it hard for you to use your doorway, you should consider replacing the door and threshold with a level access door. Alternatively, a narrow doorway can be made wider to allow better access. External doors can be made to suit your needs in uPVC, Composite or timber. All doors can be fitted with level access thresholds for easy access by DSL Installations. | DSL Installations can both supply and fit all types of door opening equipment which can integrated into a intercom system and / or be controlled by push pads, or remote key fobs. We are also now able to offer a door opening system that also incorporates a multipoint lock that has been approved by “Secure by Design”. This means you do not have to compromise your security to have access solutions fitted. |

| These locks can be fitted as part of a door replacement job, or in many cases, retrofitted to an existing timber or composite door. They can be integrated into a compatible intercom system or by operated independantly by remote key fob. These multipoint locks are designed such that when the door closes, all of the hooks snap into position thus providing a very secure solution. The locks are approved by “Secure by Design”. | To operate the window openers, door openers and electronic multipoint locks, DSL Installations can offer a full range of accessories. These include push button switches, RF transmitters/receivers, up/down switches, etc. |
